If you’re looking for workout programme that builds strength,cardiovascular capacity and balance,climb on a trampoline.Jumping up and and down,or rebounding as it’s also called,works all the muscle groups simultaneously and burns calories at the same time.To build confidence, rebound for five minutes initially,and increase the time as your fitness improves.As you start to feel more comfortable doing i, try jogging in place for more vigorous work out.
You can also try a few variations to spice things up:use hand weights and lift your arms up and down, or kick your legs to the front,back and sides. You should always ensure that you wear athletic shoes and supportive clothing while on the trampoline.Happy rebounding !

When you wake up ans still feeling sleepy and tired,it just normal. So here are some tips you can sneak into your routine without much effort.Try at least one of these tomorrow….
Stretch every extremity for 1 seconds.Try his before your open your eyes.Lift your arm and begin by stretching each finger,then your hand,then your wrist,then your arm. Repeat with other arm.Then your toes,feet,ankles and legs.End with a neck and back stretch that propels you out of bed.
You’ve just limbered up your muscles and joints,and enhanced the flow of blood through your body,providing an extra shot of oxygen to all your tissues. More »
