Exercise Start with Rebound
If you’re looking for workout programme that builds strength, cardiovascular capacity and balance, climb on a trampoline.Jumping up and and down,or rebounding as it’s also called, works all the muscle groups simultaneously and burns calories at the same time.To build confidence, rebound for five minutes initially, and increase the time as your fitness improves. As you start to feel more comfortable doing i, try jogging in place for more vigorous work out.
You can also try a few variations to spice things up:use hand weights and lift your arms up and down, or kick your legs to the front, back and sides. You should always ensure that you wear athletic shoes and supportive clothing while on the trampoline.Happy rebounding !
